For tithes, offerings, donations, or other payments made in error, we offer a refund policy. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the transaction. To be eligible for a refund, the transaction must be verifiable in our financial records.

Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
